The shipping was kinda slow. I kept thinking it would show up any day, and then it just didn’t for a bit longer than expected. Not the end of the world, but yeah, I was definitely waiting around longer than I wanted.

"Worked fine, but the condition was a letdown"
The item does work fine, so I’ll give it that, but the condition was kind of disappointing. There were more scratches than I expected, the scratches were the first thing I noticed. It wasn’t terrible or unusable, but it definitely didn’t look as nice as the listing made it seem. I just kept thinking it should’ve been described a little more accurately, especially with all the scratches.

"Return ended up being easy"
I had to return my item, which I wasn’t really looking forward to because returns can be a hassle, especially when you’re already busy with regular life stuff. But the process was simple enough, and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of weird hoops. I sent it back and the refund showed up fairly quick, which was nice because I was keeping an eye on it anyway.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered from Secondipity and, uh, the delivery ended up taking way longer than they originally said. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself with no clear idea of what was going on. The package did finally show up, but it was late and there wasn’t really any explanation. not worth the stress for me, and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Decent deal, but not without issues"
I got my item in the end and the price was good, so I can’t complain too much. Shipping took longer than I expected, and for some reason the box showed up looking beat up. The item itself was fine, though, so overall it was kind of a mixed experience

"Order came exactly right"
Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. No missing items, no weird mix-ups, and it all matched the listing. I was fully prepared to blame whoever runs this if something was off, but there really wasn’t anything to complain about. Happy with it and I’d order again.

The box showed up a little dented, which made me pause for a second, but the item inside was totally fine. I kind of expected it would be okay since I’ve had decent experiences with their packaging before, and this pretty much confirmed that for me.

"Works fine, but a little frustrating"
I was able to find what I needed, so that was a relief, but the filters were kind of annoying to use. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, which got frustrating fast. That said, checkout was actually straightforward, so I was happy about that part. Overall it’s not a bad site at all, I just wish it felt a bit smoother.

I bought a refurbished speaker and, for the most part, the description was accurate. It mentioned light scratches, and that’s exactly what I saw when it arrived, just a few marks, nothing that made me feel misled.

The speaker itself works well, so I’m happy with that. I just felt a bit pressured to decide quickly because the listing made it seem like it was going fast, and the box was more banged up than I expected. Not a huge deal, but that’s why I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars.

"Charger Was Missing"

"Problem got sorted, just took a little while"
I had an issue with my order, and for the first couple of days it was a bit frustrating trying to get a straight answer. It wasn’t terrible, but I did feel like I had to check in maybe 2 or 3 times before things really moved along.

In the end, they did fix the problem, and the support team was polite the whole time. I just wish it had been a little quicker. Overall, I’d say it was an okay experience, maybe around a 7 out of 10, but not exactly seamless.

I had to send my order back, i was a little nervous about how long the refund would take. In my case, it showed up within a few days, which was quicker than I expected. The return process wasn’t totally perfect, but from my experience, they handled it well overall.

"Good price, but a little more worn than expected"
The price was definitely better than a lot of other places I checked, which is why I went for it in the first place. When it showed up, though, it looked a bit more used than I was hoping, especially around the edges. I was opening the box at my kitchen table with coffee next to me and kind of went, “Hmm, okay.” That said, it still works fine, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it was an okay deal, just not one of those purchases where you feel like you totally scored.

"Support got back to me faster than I expected"
I only had one question about my order, so I can’t really judge the whole support experience, but they did reply quicker than I thought they would. It took a couple messages back and forth to get everything cleared up, but the person I talked to was polite and helpful. Not a perfect process, so I’d say 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out.
